[Kendra originally typed up part of this post right after Kennedie’s styling session. See the final images at the end!]
I’ve been waiting to style Kennedie for her senior session since she booked in December. We postponed styling in December to wait for the stores have more to offer than just sweaters. Finally February came and it was time!
Kennedie is a SHOPPER. Her closet is full of cute clothes collected from boutiques in River Ranch and a stores like Pacsun.
Her first outfit came from Pacsun as part of the Kendall & Kylie collection. A sparkly bodysuit and a sleek white skirt, just waiting you be worn for her senior pictures.
Her second outfit, purchased last year at Maven is so modern.
Her third outfit, I’m really excited about it! A slim dark green dress, which goes perfectly with her skintone, paired with this cool golden tan trench. With nude heels this outfit screams sophistication.
We’re planning on shooting this dress on the farm. It’s a pretty blush pink color, not nearly as purple as it looks in the photo. Kennedie’s wardrobe is very modern and urban, this dress will give her soft feminine pictures in the portfolio.
We plan on shooting in either New Orleans or Baton Rouge, I’m very much looking forward to Jess shooting this jumpsuit in the streets for a urban, city girl look.
Another outfit for the session at the farm, this romper will be so pretty.
I’m sure we’ll add another outfit or two by the time April comes around. #shoppingproblems
Boy, did we add some extra outfits! Kennedie added not two but three dresses from Rent The Runway, two dance outfits, and three additional ensembles to her session, she now holds the record for the most outfits for a senior session. Go girl!
Where- Historic downtown Opelousas, Jess’s picturesque farm, & downtown Baton Rouge.
